SNEAK a PEAK at the MAISON MARTIN MARGIELA for H&M COLLECTION
The much-awaited collaboration from the Margiela for H&M collection has recently released sneak peaks of the advertising campaign. The campaign was shot by artist and director Sam Taylor-Johnson, and it features a sneak peak of what is to come. You'll find a selection of uber chic pieces, showcasing what seems to be a focus on silhouette and cut - much like what we see from the French fashion house's high-end collection. Aside from this, tidbits of what to expect from the campaign has been released where we can expect to find a series of short films and still photographs, of course all shot in Paris. From what I'm seeing thus far I am BEYOND EXCITED! As expected from a fall-winter collection, we're seeing a ton of high-fashion coats for both men and women. I seriously have my eye on the off-white number that was paired with snake skin skinny pant. The pieces for men are not bad either. Though from a distance the brown trench looks like any other, after close inspection you'll find distinct design elements that make it oh so Margiela. Oh and did you see the shoes on the dude? OMG! Obviously I'll be one of the few anticipating the release on the 15th of November. I hope H&M Singapore sees this and gives me an early pass!
