I am not that much of a fan of briefcases. I think they're too structured, with little room for movement - both in terms of things you can put in as well as design. Which is why I was surprised at how much I loved Gucci's Leather Briefcase for Men. I first caught a glimpse of this bag when I was browsing through the August 2011 issue of Men's Folio. I found it interesting that this is the first foray of the brand into Bamboo bags for men, given how iconic the Bamboo designs are amongst women. The magazine did an amazing job presenting the bag, making it appealing and impactful. It exuded a sense of sophistication and class that I haven't seen from any of the other briefcase designs available in market nowadays.

Checking out Gucci's Website, it states that the briefcase is available in 3 variations. I myself have only seen 2 - the one in brown leather with a blackened bamboo handle and light gold hardware as seen above and another in Gucci's diamond pattern with leather trimming and a varnish tainted bamboo handle. I like the latter myself but to be honest, the one in all brown is as classic and stylish as it gets. It'll be worth the investment if you're thinking of getting one. That is considering you're going to spend roughly USD 3,650 for this handsome piece.

The bag, as seen above has three compartments, roomy enough to carry every man's work essentials. The front compartment has 2 inside pockets where you can easily stuff items for easy access . It has a lush green cotton lining with a flap and push lock closure. You can even have this personalized with your initials, truly making the bag a one-of-a-kind piece that you can own.
